Our Reason WHY

While life coaching has existed formally since the 1980s, it has recently gained popularity around the globe for its ability to help people reach their personal and professional development goals.

I have over 15 years experience coaching former clients, friends and family through some of their life's greatest challenges. Following a 5-year exploration of a legal career, I spent the last 10 years of my career at a Fortune 500 global technology company that has provided a significant amount of experience and support in navigating some of the personal and professional challenges that come along as a career-minded, family-focused individual. Many people told me that it would be difficult to have both a professional career and a happy family. Anyone who knows me that when I hear someone say "it can't be done", I dive in 100% to exploring the possibilities of making it happen.

In 2017, I was injured in a work accident where I sustained significant injuries both physically and mentally. Since then, I have navigated the challenges that come with life while battling spinal injuries, chronic medical issues and mental wellness. As if that wasn't difficult enough, my ex-husband and I divorced and I navigated 6 years as a single parent, in a place I had picked for starting fresh.

I had no choice but to get organized and applied my project management skillset to my own life and created a system that worked for me. As a single parent, there was no option for me to not succeed... my little humans depended on it. I have always enjoyed a challenge and changed my mindset from "how will I?" to "what steps do I need to take to make this happen?" I created a system that has helped me thrive and achieve success personally (providing for my children and I), enhanced skills that have improved my career, and began mentoring those who sought out the answer to "how do you do it?"

In these moments of working through other's challenges, I realized how much I enjoy seeing others set goals and achieve them. I am passionate about positivity and encouragement being a foundational building block for the path that you choose to lay ahead. Most importantly, I feel the greatest sense of success when my clients thrive.

There are many resources out there for taking control of your life and achieving success. There are unlimited amounts of podcasts, books, classes and courses.
